TROUBLESHOOTING
Determination is crucial when addressing a roof leak.
When a leak is not visible we use troubleshooting to identify the source of water infiltration. Many times than not a leak is attributed to other factors.
Some causes of leaks might be non membrane related such as skylights, metal duct work, plumbing, building components, metal curbs, counter flashing.
We easily test conditions to resolute occurring problematic leaks by performing a logical systematic method to detect and determine where the water breach is located.
ROOF TRIM METAL REPAIR & REPLACEMENT
Roof trim metal can become worn and damaged and we repair and replace roof trim.
ROOF DRAIN STRAINER REPLACEMENT & CLEANING
A properly designed roof allows for drainage. Roof drain cleaning requires the unblocking of any drains to allow water to drain and prevent water back up.
ROOF SNOW & ICE DAM REMOVAL
If more than 12" of heavy, wet snow and ice, accumulation should be removed. Ice dam requires specialized methods of removal. To stop snow and ice slides - we install snow guards for the prevention of sliding snow from falling off your metal, membrane, standing seam, tile, or shingle roof.
ROOF AREA PATCH WORK
Small to large areas of the roof with opening in the membrane. Damaged membrane is repaired using a patch repair process. Sometimes damage to the insulation can occur and it is replaced with new insulation before patching the opening in the membrane.
ROOF DEBRIS REMOVAL
If your roof is not on a regular roof maintenance schedule to remove any debris. This is where we will clear the roof of any debris such as dirt, litter, leaves, sticks. This service should be completed at each regular maintenance. Prevention is key to keeping your roof in the best condition and for keeping your building from possible interior flooding.
